That happened to Ft. Worth yesterday, but I was in the middle of walking the dogs. Had to RUN home.
Barely made it. . .
Was this before or after the interval training? 'cos I wouldn't have been running anywhere after. No matter how much rain was coming.
I ran AFTER the interval training. And, yes, it did hurt the leg muscles. I don't recommend it.
Yeah, think I'd have opted for getting rained on.
