Alasdair looks very sweet in his moses basket - I've not seen one of those white things with the blue circles on before. Is that an American thing? I guess it's to stop the baby rolling over? Is that cos you are concerned about Alasdair getting in to a diagonal position?! (Remember 2000 when you were babysitting Lachlan? ;-) ) So was Nikki on her own with Alasdair today? I think that was my scariest moment; when Iain went back to work and I was left on my own with L I had a little cry and panicked for a bit. The responsibility suddenly dawned on me. Still, all three of my kids are still alive so I must be doing alright!
Hey Vikki, i was quite impressed with that mat too. Wonder if you can get them for adults so it stops Andy rolling onto his back. Worst snorer EVER!!!!!!!! Had a sneaky look at your blog earlier. The boys look beautiful. Hope you and Iain are well. Chrstine. x p.s Sorry I.M for using your blog to chat.
Hi Christine, we're all doing well. Thanks for your kind comments about the boys - you're only saying that because you can't *hear* them though. I'm sure Ian doesn't mind other people taking over his blog with nonsensical rambling comments that go on and on and on, but maybe you should start your own blog so you can share some photos of Katie with all us strange folks.
Ian:I bet this morning was the hardest day not to throw a sickie!! Nikki: Hi hon! Hope you're doing Ok and not feeling too sore or weepy! Your boy looks wonderful. Fi...xxx
Sis: Not really. He didn't sleep much, but we're just all figuring each other out. We'll get there.
Vikki: Yeah, I think that's what they're for. I didn't buy them, but I'm not likely to forget babysitting Lachlan any time soon, so these should do the job. Nikki's folks are in town, so she had some support today.
Sis: Carry on chatting doesn't bother me. I'll look for Andy size triangles.
Jen: All the people who express an opinion have said he looks like Nikki. Phew.
Iain: I agree, she should start her own blog with Katie pics.
Fi: Not at all, I am a dedicated professional. Plus I had to measure my server room for a hammock.
Thought there might be pics of Alasdair here so had to have a peek. Looks a very content wee cove. Is it too early to start organising a date with Morven??? Congratulations again to you both Helen (Columbia-auntie-next-door)x
Oh yeah bruv. Very calm. He was the picture of serenity this evening as I dressed him in a 6-9 months outfit, got laughed at by Nikki and redressed him in a 0-3. The very picture.
Hi Helen...a date with Morven? I'm not opposed, but I'm going to be charging a hefty dowry.

Jen, I'm so glad you said that, it really struck me too. He 'seems' like a very calm baby and he's lovely of course.
