A Year! Already?

Nikki and I celebrated our first anniversary yesterday. We had a fun day, stocking up on goodies at the farmer's market in the morning and then lounging around in the pool for a bit before going to The Melting Pot for dinner. Before we went out Nikki tried on her wedding dress again. It's a bit too loose for her these days, but she wouldn't let me take a picture. Here's one of the two of us instead:

Congratulations, Happy Anniversary and all that. I was looking through some old photos just the other day and remember thinking "Hey these are nice ones of Bath, what were we doing there about a year ago? Oh, yeah. Have to remember and say Happy Anniversary to the Morrisons in a couple of days or so" and then completely forgetting about it again. Nice photo. You're both looking great but are you both in your nightwear?

Thank you sir, better late than never. No, we're not in our nightwear, that's what passes for fashion amongst us kids these days.

Thank you. Nikki looks naturally good, obviously. I had a little help from my custom tailored shirt.

Well. . . in keeping with tradition (missing the actual wedding and all) I've missed the one-year-anniversary too. Can't say that I'm not consistent.

. . . geesh . . .

Anyway, you both look incredible! Congrats on continuing to decrease (to borrow Fi's words)! I'm glad you had a fab day too! Happy Anniversary to a great couple and here's to many more in the future!

hugs & love to you both.

Thanks Jen. I had expected nothing less than for you not to remember.
