That's amazingly sad, isn't it?

Hope your day gets better.

Yeah, especially when you can get a delicious fresh chicken shawarma sandwich for a quarter of the price in less time anywhere near by

Yes, the same & their-own-version of crap-ola.

In Singapore, they had curry chicken sandwiches, etc. Oh, and they asked "kethcupchili?" I was like "HUH?" when they first asked me & after I had them repeat that a million times...I finally understood that they were asking me if I wanted ketchup or chili sauce with my fries. Today I probably would try the fries with the chili sauce....but 10 years ago, I was too young of a scared lil' pup to try....or try their version of the crap-ola.

sheesh!

Yeah, the slight modifications for local markets are interesting, such as the McDonald's Date Pie here instead of Apple. You're meant to break your fast at Ramadan with a date, so maybe a date pie is the 21st century fast food equivalent.

Here in Cyprus (and I would imagine in Greece also) they have the Greek Mac instead of the Big Mac in Macdonalds. It's the same except there's a gigantic slab of feta cheese instead of the manufactured slice of cr@p you normally get. Probably lays down the same thickness of fur in your aorta I imagine!
